One of the best inventions ever was the automobile.  I know that was a long time ago but without it, this world would be different. But what most people don't know is that those cars can go bad and cost a ton of money.  There are parts to the car that really should be taken care of.  These parts of the car if they were to break can really cost you a lot of money. These are the major parts you really need to maintain.

The first big part of your car you need to be real careful with is your transmission.  This is the part of your car that helps your car shift gears. But it is also the part that usually costs a lot when it goes bad.  It is one of the most expensive repairs in my Vista auto repair shop. The best way to care for this part is to make sure it always has good fluid in it. Also you need to shift gears gently.

The next part that is very expensive to fix is the engine. The engine is the most significant part of the car people look after because it is what makes the car run.  But I always tell clients of my Oceanside auto repair is to make sure to always take care of your engine. The main way to do that is to make sure you always change the oil. If you do that then it will continually run good.

Another expensive part to fix are your brakes. This may be a significantly small part of the car, but it is expensive.  In my Vista transmission repair shop this is another big repair that always comes in. To make sure that this part is in tiptop shape you have to make sure there is always brake fluid.  You also want to make sure you don't ride your brakes and treat it well.

Those are some parts that when they break are too expensive to fix. So follow these simple do's and dont's and your car will run smoothly for a long time.
