With the recent turmoil in the financial industry, customer acquisition has become more vital and more challenging. In the face of economic uncertainty and increased competitive and regulatory pressures, Financial Institutions (FIs) are extremely focused on increasing profitability through fresh account growth. On the other palm, changing consumer behaviors are making it more dense than ever for FIs to grow their portfolios without jeopardizing their credit risk standards.
