Lawyers Take Away Pub Furniture Because Of The Debt

Tatjana Borzilov is a businesswoman based in East London. She owns two pubs and a bottle store but recently one of her bar furniture and restaurant furniture was removed by the lawyers and she had to close that pub down. This is because of her son's (Darius Jakovchuk) debt to his creditors. She told Crusaders yesterday that she wants the lawyers to reimburse the cost of her furniture and also that her son has nothing to do with her business.

Russian born Tatjana owned a pub in Beacon Bay, East London called Tatjanka's pub and grill. She was shocked to receive a leter from the court saying her furniture will be removed because of her son's debt. She spent quite a bit of money redecorating and buying new modern furniture and now its all been taken away by them. She has worked ever so hard to get to where she is currently and now because of a mistake by the police its all been taken away from, she claimed.

She said closing down Tatjanka's pub and grill has affected her business as she used to make quite a bit of profit out of that pub. She said she spent a lot of money renovating the place, putting air conditioning and fixing other issues with bathrooms and doors. Beacon Bay pub attracted a lot of youngsters which got her a lot of business but now it has been closed because furniture was taken away by the police.

She was distraught because of this and decided to close Tatjanka's pub and grill down. She said the pub was registered as a close co operation by previous business owner, who rented this property. She had to re apply for the license but as there is no furniture I decided to close down, she said.

She is still not sure why her pub suffered because of her 31 year old son's debts and dispute with his creditors.
