Solution:  Schedule regular brainstorming sessions within your company and record creative ideas generated by those sessions.  Encourage impromptu brainstorming sessions as well – such as conversations over lunch or other gatherings.  Include all employees in the brainstorming process and explain the benefits of these activities.
