Lemon laws are American state laws that protect consumers from purchasing vehicles that repetitively fall short to achieve the specific quality and performance. The word "lemon" refers to any useless object which is faulty or breaks frequently, predominantly any vehicle. He recently failed in this appeal and actually received a warning by the Crown Court Recorder to not underestimate the traditional ethics and byelaws of the New Forest.

The partner of the Solicitors in Hampshire stated that he and his team were "very happy to act on behalf of the Verderers who do a very special job". He went on to express how happy he was of the successful outcome.
This successful outcome is surely a huge positive for the people of the New Forest who support the efforts of the Verderers in conserving the ethics, environment and all inhabitants of this wonderful area of the country.
