There are many ways that employees choose to discipline their employees from a simple talking to or even making a fool of them in front of everyone else in the serviced office space. Are They Really Behind It?
One important thing to think of before you go out shout at them or bring them into your office for a telling to is what did they do, are you sure they did it and how bad is it really? Give someone a written warning if you have too, there is often no need to do this in front of other people, keep it between you and the person. You actually allow someone to work away with dignity.
If they have done something that is really bad then make sure you pull them out and make an example of them, tell the staff that you will not tolerate this.
