When Is Encouragement Necessary

Various things and situations result to the need for inspirational encouragement quotes. The truth is that as much as there are wonderful moments in life there are also some sad times that we can not just overlook. If you are not clear about when it is suitable to share some biblical words of encouragement then why not read below for some few examples.

Someone dealing with the death of a loved one

A person who has just lost a loved one needs to be encouraged and supported. They need to be told everything is okay and the person who has died will live forever in their memories. Do not over do it. You need to be sensitive enough to know when and how to say it.

Let me emphasize and say that when you are trying to encourage someone who is grieving, you need to be skilful and very sensitive.

First time at work

Being in a new office can be overwhelming for most people. If you have a friend who has just started in a new job then you better think of a way to make him or her comfortable and at ease. If the friend enjoys a good laugh, you can just send through some Christian words of encouragement i.e. if you are dealing with a religious person about starting a new job.

Someone in a new country

Being in a foreign country can be so nerve wrecking especially if you can not understand the local language. If comes with the feeling of anxiety and being home sick. I know someone who fell into a serious depression a few days after arriving in a new country – to stay for 12 months. It took two months to get that person out of the “slump” .

Other people who need to be encouraged from time to time include, married couples, someone who is sick and probably in hospital and people locked up in prison. As you live through each day, never forget that someone needs you to speak some few uplifting words.
