Migrate to Australia the easy way with migration agents
I get a lot of e-mails lately, from people who seek advice because they have decided to immigrate to Australia. No surprise there. Why wouldn't Australia be an attractive destination? The beautiful cities, the friendly people, the wonderful sights… I'd expect to see newcomers every day! I have made the move myself 10 years ago, and couldn't be happier.
Preparing for my immigration, though, was a nasty experience. What a pain! The neverending paperwork, the hours of standing in line in the embassy, the endless bureaucracy… All I wished was for someone else to arrange it for me. I also had to get a job, sign the kids to schools, all those little things that are really hard when you come to a new place and don't really know the rules.
You can imagine my surprise when some weeks ago a new family moved into our neighborhood, newcomers from the USA, and they all seemed as care-free and content as can be. They looked like everything was taken care of, as if by magic, without their lifting a finger. It baffled me, I had to find out how it could be. My neighbors explained that they simply used the helpful services of Australian migration agents. Indeed, such miracle makers do exist, and they take all the paperwork away from you! Ann and Andrew, My neighbors, hired qualified, informed people to handle their migration, and took a huge burden off of their shoulders. Can you imagine, they only went to the embassy twice throughout the entire process! I admit, I was envious.
The agency's help did not end with paperwork; helpful advice was at my neighbors' service as well. The agents were familiar with the Australian laws and regulations, and so they were able to offer help with job options and work visas. As my neighbors are both professionals in their fields, they were entitled to work visas under the Skilled Migration to Australia program. What did that mean? It meant that they could immediately get a high-paying position here, and the agency even connected them with several potential employers. A week after arriving, they already started work. If only I had that kind of assistance… a week after I got here, I was still circling classifieds… Yet I do know that Australia wants the skilled professionals to come — of course there'd be some kind of arrangement for them. However, you need a professional to guide you through it!
The agents also told my neighbors everything they would need to know about the Australian way of life, how to prepare themselves and their kids for their migration… The agents literally took them by the hand throughout the entire process. And so they arrived not as the exhausted, harassed immigrants you usually see, but as calm and hopeful newcomers. According to them, the service they've received from the agency was worth every dollar — Australian or American. (-:
